As a Visa Counselor, you will guide our clients through the visa application process (study, work, immigration). You will be responsible for providing information about visas, government policies, and procedures as well as preparing documents, filling forms, booking appointments, and tracking the application statuses of our clients. 

Responsibility and attention to detail are important skills for this role. To ensure successful and compliant visa applications, the Visa Counselor must have up-to-date knowledge of global immigration laws, strong communication skills, and the ability to assess clients' eligibility for different visas. 

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm

Salary Range:

8, ,000 EGP

Location:

Maadi (onsite) 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in visa counseling or immigration services.
  • Previous work experience in an embassy is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of student, visitor, and immigration visa processes
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Exceptional time management, ability to handle multiple cases, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:

Advise on visa types, eligibility, and processes for different countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada).
- Documentation:

Help gather, review, verify, and organize required paperwork (passports, financial documents, transcripts). Ensure all required documents are received; request missing items immediately.
- Application & Appointment Handling:

Complete visa forms, book appointments, schedule interviews, and share all appointment details with clients promptly.
- Follow-up & Communication:

Track all visa applications, follow up with representatives and embassies after each appointment, and keep clients updated until visa issuance and passport delivery.
- Compliance:

Ensure all information is accurate and adheres to specific embassy and government regulations. Follow up on any duplicate payments with embassies until refund is processed.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to all clients throughout the visa process.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance:

Ensure client information is updated, accurate, and aligned with embassy requirements.
- Monitoring Visa Regulations:

Stay current with changing visa laws, policies, and procedures.
