Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Specialist located in Cairo. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing customer travel inquiries, planning and organizing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings for transportation and accommodation, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include providing travel advice, handling customer concerns or issues, and staying updated on travel trends and tourism opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary organization, and booking processes
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current tourism trends
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in the English language
