Job Summary: #Travel_Tourism_Specilaist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the travel and tourism company, including sales management, travel coordination, development of tour packages, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. The manager aims to achieve high customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and ensure compliance with tourism regulations and company policies

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and operate all company departments: sales, reservations, marketing, and customer service.


• Develop travel packages and tourism programs based on market needs and customer preferences.


• Supervise ticket bookings, hotel reservations, visas, transportation, and tour itineraries.


• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to secure the best rates and offers.


• Monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and support team development.


• Prepare monthly financial reports, sales reports, and revenue summaries.


•Develop marketing strategies to attract customers and increase market share.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Ensure compliance with tourism regulations and government requirements.
• Monitor operational expenses and manage the company's budget.
• Oversee insurance processes, approvals, visas, and coordination with official authorities.


• Track market trends and identify new tourism opportunities.


• Enhance the company's reputation and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in travel and tourism, preferably in a managerial role.


• Strong sales and customer service

skills.


• Full knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).


• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Negotiation and leadership skills.


• Knowledge of local travel and tourism regulations.
