Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Operations Travel Specialist. The role involves managing and coordinating travel operations, facilitating multi-destination itineraries, and ensuring seamless trip execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling travel-related logistics to deliver high-quality and efficient travel experiences. Solving operational challenges, monitoring project progress, and supporting sales and client communication will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize travel operations and logistics
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, teams, and vendors
  • Experience in Sales and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure smooth and efficient coordination
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant travel management tools and software
  • Familiarity with the travel and destination management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
