Job Title: Full-Time Remote Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Worldwide, preference for GCC & Türkiye time zones)

About Us

TAHAYYÜL TRAVEL is a Turkey-based luxury and culturally immersive travel brand serving GCC and global travelers. We specialize in personalized itineraries, VIP transportation, hotel packages, and complete travel experiences across Türkiye and abroad.

We are expanding our marketing department and seeking a highly skilled Remote Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing performance across all platforms.

Role Overview

The Remote Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all marketing and advertising activities, including:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Travel, Performance Max)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Social Media Scheduling & Content Management
  • X (twitter)

This role requires strong strategic thinking, creativity, analytical ability, and daily performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Advertising

  • Launch and manage ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Optimize campaigns daily to improve results
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Build funnel campaigns for transportation, tours, and hotels
  • Work to increase ROAS and reduce cost per lead

Content & Social Media

  • Create and organize marketing content (visuals, captions, ideas)
  • Manage monthly posting schedules across all platforms
  • Coordinate YouTube uploads (thumbnails, keywords, timing)
  • Maintain brand consistency in all content

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Generate performance reports and insights
  • Identify trends and propose continuous improvements

Creative & Strategy

  • Develop new creative campaign concepts
  • Support ongoing brand development
  • Improve audience engagement through strong marketing ideas

Mandatory Application Requirement

All applicants must submit a full annual marketing plan, including:

  • 12-month marketing strategy
  • Proposed improvements to current campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Content strategy + posting plan
  • Annual marketing budget per platform
  • KPI expectations and measurable goals
  • Growth plan for YouTube and TikTok

Applications without an annual plan will not be considered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite
  • Expert-level Google Ads experience
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns
  • Comfortable working fully remote with daily communication.
