Product Manager

**Votre rôle**:

- French support chain (desks, CSMs, Customers) digital transformation on Unify Desk Program
- Define and communicate a clear vision that aligns with the overall business goals and customer need for Unify Desk Program
- Develop a product strategy that outlines how to achieve the vision.
- AI & Automation oriented
- Responsible for Customer journey definition with VIBE, Evolve, UD & NewCO
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the priorities and aligns with the Program Increment (PI) planning cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with desks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Act as the voice of the Operations, Marketing and Zones, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Agile teams to translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories.
- Actively engage in PI Planning events, collaborating with the Unify Desk train to align on objectives, dependencies, and risks and focus on Vibe and Evolve trains dependencies.
- Participate in PI planning sessions to provide input on feature prioritization and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and iterating on Unify desk offerings.
- Prepare inputs for PI Planning, including feature descriptions, business value, and priority.
- Need to have an aligned strategy from migration point of view for Vibe, Evolve & Unify Desk.
- Work with Product Managers from other ARTs to create a cohesive product roadmap that reflects dependencies and timelines across teams.
- Prepare Demos when needed to different stakeholders
- Utilize Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) to prioritize features based on value and effort and align with other Unify Desk PMs.
- Monitor user adoption rates and gather feedback post-launch to assess product performance and areas for improvement.

- Knowledge of SDLC, SAFe, Scrum, TTM & ATM practices
- AI knowledge
- Service Management experience
- Consulting experience
- Monitoring & Observability products experience
- Experience or ability to perform design activities in a wide range of products and services
- knowledge of Orange Business Services products and solutions
- Deal with unclear scope and new products
- Manage critical discussions between business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Customer facing skills with demonstrable experience
- Time management skills and able to balance tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter
- B.Sc in Communication or Computer Engineering
- ITIL certified
- Excellent in both spoken and written English
- Fluent in French is must
- 7 to 10 years of experience in telecom industry
