We're seeking a highly skilled R&D and QC Manager to lead our research and quality teams, drive innovation in product development, and ensure top-tier performance across all production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise R&D and QC teams to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Develop and optimize new admixture formulations aligned with market demands.
Oversee quality control of raw materials and finished products according to international standards.
Collaborate with production, technical, and sales departments to ensure product consistency and performance.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify innovation opportunities.
Prepare and review technical reports, analyses, and performance data for management decisions.
Requirements:
Specialized in Construction Chemicals & Concrete Admixtures.
Minimum 2–7 years of experience in R&D and QC, preferably in construction chemicals or building materials.
Strong hands-on experience in Admixtures of Concrete and Building Materials.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of testing standards, formulation methods, and chemical performance evaluation.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
