Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Markaz Qowesna. The R&D Supervisor will oversee and guide research and development processes, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing product formulations, conducting research experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions. Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) practices
  • Expertise in Food Science and Food Technology
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
