Role Overview

We're seeking a part-time Creative Content Assistant to fuel Gen D's visual storytelling and digital presence. This hybrid role mixes remote creativity with occasional in-person collabs in Cairo, perfect for uni students or fresh grads who thrive on trends, AI tools, and community vibes. No degree needed—just killer creative skills, English fluency, and a pulse on what makes Gen Z scroll and share. Dive into the full production pipeline: from moodboarding to video edits and AI visuals that capture Gen D's energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and curate fire inspo—trends, memes, aesthetics—from TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and niche Gen Z platforms to craft moodboards that drive campaigns and product drops.
  • Edit UGC clips, creator videos, and marketplace showcases into addictive Reels and TikToks using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere for seamless, mobile-first content.
  • Refine videos end-to-end: trim footage, balance colors and lighting, layer transitions, sync audio, and amp up the energy to align with Gen D's dynamic, inclusive brand voice.
  • Generate and polish AI images with tools like Midjourney or DALL-E, ensuring spot-on details like diverse skin tones, trend-aligned styling, and consistent lighting for listings, ads, and socials.
  • Produce versatile visuals for marketplace pages, promo campaigns, community events, and collabs, always hitting Gen D's guidelines for authenticity and hype.
  • Join occasional on-site sessions for shoots, pop-ups, or creator meetups to direct vibes, capture raw content, and co-create with the team.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, test new tools, and contribute ideas to keep Gen D's content fresh and resonant with young creators.

Qualifications

  • Deep dive into digital culture: trend-spotting, UGC editing, and aesthetic curation for Gen Z audiences.
  • Hands-on with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom), and AI generators for pro-level outputs.
  • Sharp eye for composition, color theory, lighting, and branding that feels premium yet relatable.
  • Detail-obsessed, with skills to maintain consistency across platforms and projects.
  • Fluent in English; bonus for Arabic or Turkish.
  • Thrives in flexible, hybrid setups with a collaborative, fast-paced team.
