Role Description

We are seeking an Operational Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our location in Heliopolis. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, analyzing data, and supporting sales teams. The role includes project management responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective execution of business objectives. Strong collaboration with internal teams and building client-centric solutions will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and ensure efficient task execution
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and clients
  • Experience in Sales and understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and Project Management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
