The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all contract-related operations run smoothly and efficiently, including:

1- Client Contract Management:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing all documentation and contracts for new and existing clients.
  • Tracking and documenting all stages of the contract (signing, renewal, termination, amendments).
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, as well as internal and legal policies related to contracts.

2- Contract-Specific Client Service:

  • Responding to client inquiries and complaints regarding contract terms, invoicing, and contracted services via [Mention channels: Phone, Email, Ticketing System].
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the client and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance) to resolve any contractual challenges.
  • Maintaining positive and reliable relationships with clients.

3- Operations and Documentation:

  • Organizing and archiving contract and client records with high accuracy in the [Mention Archiving/CRM System, if applicable] system.
  • Developing and proposing improvements to contract management procedures to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in [Business Administration, Law, Finance, or equivalent].
  • Experience: A minimum of [ 2-3 years] of experience in operations, contract management, or contract-focused client services.
  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy (essential for handling contracts).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
