The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing division, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, compliance, and financial integrity. This role requires strong experience in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory management, production variance analysis, and operational performance improvement.

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies.
  • Oversee general ledger integrity and account reconciliation.
  • Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, BOM review, and overhead allocation.
  • Monitor production costs, variances, material usage, and labor efficiency.
  • Conduct manufacturing performance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Work closely with plant managers and operations teams to support decision-making.
  • Lead annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting cycles.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and capital expenditure decisions.
  • Track performance vs. budget and identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain robust internal controls to ensure safeguarding of company assets.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate financial guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, including accountants and analysts.
  • Enhance team capabilities by implementing best practices, systems, and process improvements.
