Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Giza. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The individual will be expected to manage project costs effectively, ensuring that the project remains within the budget. Daily tasks will include assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing the financial aspects of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in construction or a related industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
