Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor Engineer role based in Giza. The responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, and managing detailed cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor Engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and support accurate decision-making throughout project execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in cost planning and cost control
  • Proficiency in cost management and cost reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in construction or engineering consultancy is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software and tools
