Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
to lead our digital advertising and SEO efforts for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI through
Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and SEO
as the main performance channels.
TikTok and LinkedIn
will serve as supporting platforms for specific audience targeting and brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute
    performance marketing strategies
    tailored to real estate projects and buyer personas.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns primarily on
    Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
    , ensuring strong lead generation and conversion performance.
  • Build, manage, and monitor digital budgets with a focus on achieving
    optimal cost per lead (CPL)
    and
    return on ad spend (ROAS)
    .
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams to align ad messaging and visuals with project positioning.
  • Utilize
    TikTok and LinkedIn
    selectively to boost awareness or reach niche audience segments when relevant.

2. Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Implement
    A/B testing
    for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Develop and maintain
    retargeting and remarketing funnels
    to re-engage potential buyers.
  • Monitor lead journey performance, ensuring seamless integration with the sales and CRM systems.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Manage and enhance the company's
    organic visibility
    through effective SEO practices.
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , competitor benchmarking, and backlink audits to strengthen domain authority.
  • Oversee on-page and technical SEO improvements to boost ranking and website performance.
  • Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure landing pages are optimized for both
    user experience (UX)
    and
    conversion rate (CRO)
    .

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all paid and organic campaigns using
    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager
    , and other analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as
    CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, website traffic
    , and
    lead-to-sale conversion rate
    .
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest
    platform updates, algorithms, and real estate marketing trends
    to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the
    operation
    to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured.
  • Partner with the
    design team
    to develop compelling ad visuals and content that reflect each project's brand identity.
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies (if applicable) to maintain performance consistency and ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of hands-on experience
    in performance marketing, preferably within the
    real estate sector
    or other high-value B2C industries.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across
    Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and SEO
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools
    (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with
    CRM systems
    and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Arabic
    .
