Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven
E-commerce Specialist
to manage and optimize our online sales channels, particularly through
Sala
and
Zed
platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with product listing, campaign coordination, and sales performance tracking on these platforms, as well as an analytical mindset and a proactive approach to growing online revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on
    Sala
    and
    Zed
    platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance; provide regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Sala and Zed, including seasonal offers and product launches.
  • Ensure pricing, inventory, and stock levels are up-to-date and synced with internal systems.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve online order issues quickly and professionally.
  • Track competitors' performance and trends on Sala, Zed, and similar platforms.
  • Work closely with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce on
    Sala
    and
    Zed
    platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, conversion optimization, and online customer journey.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
