• About White Label PPC

White Label PPC is a performance marketing agency built for scale. We partner with Agencies and SMBs across a wide range of industries, so adaptability and sharp strategy matter. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a senior specialist who can take full ownership of paid social results.


• Role Overview

You will manage multiple Meta ad accounts end to end, with full responsibility for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. You will also lead client communication directly, including calls, daily follow ups, strategic presentations, and weekly reporting in English.

This is a senior, client-facing role. Advanced English is mandatory.


• What You Will Own

  • Build and lead Meta advertising strategies for ecommerce and lead generation clients.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across the full funnel.

  • Develop creative testing roadmaps, guide iteration cycles, and brief designers clearly.

  • Write high-performing ad copy and testing variants aligned with goals.

  • Conduct audience research, funnel analysis, and market positioning insights.

  • Audit and improve tracking setups, conversion events, and attribution.

  • Track performance daily, adjust budgets, and scale campaigns profitably.

  • Produce clear, data-driven reports and send them to clients on schedule.

  • Lead client calls, present strategy, and manage daily communication confidently.

  • Follow WL PPC SOPs and workflow while improving them when needed.

  • Stay current with Meta platform updates and industry changes.


• Must Have Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in an agency environment. Agency background is non-negotiable.

  • Proven results in both e-commerce and lead generation accounts.

  • Advanced English level (C1 or strong B2+), written and spoken. You will speak and write English every day with clients.

  • Ability to lead client calls, communicate proactively, and handle daily client messages.

  • Strong command of Meta Ads infrastructure, including:

- Pixel and Conversions API setup and troubleshooting

- Events Manager and Aggregated Event Measurement

- Custom conversions

- Catalogs and Advantage+ Shopping

- Lead forms and CRM integrations

- Offline conversions

- Dynamic ads and retargeting

  • Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, and website tracking fundamentals.

  • Ability to audit funnels and identify performance blockers.

  • Analytical mindset, testing culture, and comfort with scaling.

  • Fast learner who can pick up new tools and systems when needed.


• Nice to Have

  • Experience with other paid social channels (TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Reddit).

  • Familiarity with creative analysis tools, ad libraries, and competitive research platforms.

  • Exposure to multiple industries and business models.


• Work Setup

  • Full-time role.

  • 5 days per week from our office in New Cairo.


• Salary

EGP 20,000 to EGP 40,000 per month, based on your expertise and English communication level.
