Egypt Chess Academy is looking for a passionate and results-driven Executive Director to lead our growing team and oversee the daily operations, strategy, and expansion of our academy.
Academy branches : madinaty - rehab - new cairo - dokki - sheikhzayed - 6thoctober city
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all academy operations (training programs, coaches, schedules, and events).
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the academy's reach and reputation.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, clubs, and chess organizations.
• Lead marketing, financial planning, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality standards and an excellent learning experience for all students.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in management, preferably in education, sports, or training organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive growth and manage budgets.
• Passion for chess or familiarity with the chess community is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
