Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing detailed expense reports, and handling day-to-day administrative support tasks. This position acts as a key point of contact and ensures smooth communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience creating and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Expertise in Calendaring and scheduling appointments effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, scheduling tools)
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
