Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant to the CEO will support daily activities including managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents, and providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the CEO and the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and high-level administrative support
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including document handling, meeting coordination, and correspondence management
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in relevant software and office tools
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in supporting C-level executives is advantageous
