We are hiring an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in real estate sales within Sheikh Zayed.

.

The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the sales team, manage property sales operations, and ensure the achievement of company sales targets.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
located in Sheikh Zayed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee daily sales operations for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
    , including
    at least 2 years in Sheikh Zayed
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
