Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Sales Operations Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, supporting the sales team with process optimization, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing and supervising a sales operations team, ensuring client satisfaction through effective customer service, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The position requires strong leadership skills and an ability to meet and exceed business goals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
  • Leadership and Team Management experience to effectively guide a team
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding customer needs
  • Experience in Operations Management to ensure seamless processes and workflows
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and client interaction
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in sales operations or related fields preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
