Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Senior Operations Leasing position. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing lease administration, ensuring resident retention, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing leasing operations, addressing tenant concerns, and maintaining records of all leases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Resident Retention and Lease Administration
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of Leases and lease processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Prior experience in property management or leasing operations is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
