You will play a key role in curating a dynamic tenant mix that reflects TAI'S spirit of innovation, community, and experience-led design. Location: New Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and leasing negotiations.
  • Proficiency in leasing systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall leasing strategy in line with project goals
  • Manage the full leasing cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and contract finalization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with legal, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Track performance against occupancy and revenue targets
