Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential retailers or tenants to present the project and available spaces.
  • Negotiate with potential retailers or tenants to secure leasing deals, and prepare and submit offers accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing and ensuring adherence to the annual leasing budget.
  • Update and maintain the project tracking report and tenancy schedule regularly.
  • Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to ensure a balanced tenant mix.
  • Support lease documentation, follow-up on approvals, and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
  • Conduct basic market research and provide feedback on competitors and rental trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing procedures.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience in a relevant field within reputable organizations, with at least
    2 years
    in a leasing position (Retail, Residential, Commercial, or Office Leasing).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate leasing process and market dynamics.
