Overview of the role:

To generate and maximize income through commercializing and Specialty Leasing, contributing to the overall business and specialty leasing revenue.

What you will do:

• Drive Revenue Contribution: Actively contribute to achieving the mall's annual revenue targets by supporting the execution of leasing strategies, optimizing space utilization, and generating income through effective retail partnerships and activations.
• Tenant Mix Management: develop and maintain a well-balanced and strategically curated tenant mix that aligns with market trends, enhances customer experience, and supports the mall's positioning.
• Gap Analysis and Concept Development: Conduct continuous market research and performance reviews to identify gaps in the current retail offering. Lead efforts to attract and secure innovative and in-demand retail concepts through targeted headhunting and engagement with emerging brands and concepts that align with the mall's strategic vision.
• Effective relationship management with the Clients: Ensure clear and effective communication with clients to fully understand their business requirements and retail objectives. Provide guidance on the mall's operational policies, procedures, and leasing terms to align expectations and maintain compliance with our standards. Communication connections with Retailers in Market
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with existing and potential retailers in the market. Build lasting professional relationships to support leasing efforts, stay informed of market trends, and identify partnership opportunities that enhance the overall tenant mix.
• Forecasting potential revenue: Conduct detailed forecasting of potential revenue within designated zones (e.g., Zone 4), based on space availability, market demand, and upcoming leasing opportunities. Ensure forecasting is aligned with the mall's financial targets and strategic planning.
• Operational Oversight & Effective Management: Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of all retail leasing activities by maintaining structured processes, timely documentation, and cross-department coordination to support business objectives.

Required Skills to be successful:

Minimum 2-3 years of Specialty Leasing background, in a similar / mall leasing/ property development background.
