Senior Sales (Real Estate) – Sheikh Zayed


Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales


At least 2 years of experience in Sheikh Zayed projects

Role Description

  • Handle client inquiries and provide professional consultation on available projects.
  • Conduct property tours and present investment opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and project developments.
  • Support the sales team and collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
    (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in a
    supervisory or team leader role
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Egyptian real estate market
    , especially West Cairo and Sheikh Zayed areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and CRM systems.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-driven personality with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Good understanding of the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
