Job Description

We're looking for a driven
Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager
to lead and support our sales team. You'll be responsible for setting targets, guiding team members, and ensuring strong performance. If you have a passion for sales and leadership, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales executives
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
  • Assist in closing deals and handling client negotiations
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members
  • Report sales performance to senior management

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading sales teams
  • A results-driven mindset
  • Experience in real estate developers is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
