Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Director will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals. The Sales Director will also ensure top-tier customer service and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Must have an Experience in West Market
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience with Team Management and the ability to mentor and lead a sales team effectively
- Strong Business Development skills, focusing on identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics is an advantage
