Role Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles — from manpower planning to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates through job fairs, social media, referrals, and local community channels.
  • Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with operations or branch managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently hired positions.
  • Coordinate with operations and HR teams to forecast staffing needs and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment data using the HRIS or applicant tracking system.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in blue-collar & mass recruitment in the food & beverage or retail sector is a must.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Good knowledge of local labor market and recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
