Job Summary

We are a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the 1st Industrial Zone of 6th of October City, recognized for our commitment to innovation and quality, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). In this role, will serve as the primary Project Manager (PM) during the implementation phase, overseeing end-to-end delivery using methodologies such as AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) or OUM (Oracle Unified Method). Post-implementation, will transition into an ongoing support and optimization role, ensuring system stability, user adoption, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in Oracle EBS, and a collaborative approach to drive business value in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record in Oracle EBS projects, capable of managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and aligning IT solutions with business objectives in supply chain and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Phase (Project Management Focus):

·       Lead the full lifecycle of the Oracle EBS implementation project, from requirements gathering and design to go-live and support, utilizing AIM phases (e.g., Definition, Operations Analysis, Solution Design, Build, Transition, and Production).

·       Develop and maintain the project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management for P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C modules.

·       Facilitate stakeholder workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations, customizations, and integrations.

·       Identify and resolve gaps between business requirements and Oracle EBS functionality, recommending workarounds, extensions, or third-party integrations as needed.

·       Manage cross-functional teams, including Oracle consultants, developers, business analysts, and end-users, ensuring clear communication and issue escalation.

·       Conduct risk assessments, change management, and quality assurance to ensure on-time, on[1]budget delivery with minimal disruptions.

·       Prepare and deliver key deliverables such as BR.100 (Application Setup), MD.050 (Functional Design), and PM.010 (Project Management Plan).

Post-Implementation Phase (Support and Optimization Focus):

·       Oversee ongoing application support for Oracle EBS modules, including incident resolution, performance monitoring, and patch management.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as process optimizations, system enhancements, and user training programs to enhance efficiency in P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C workflows.

·       Collaborate with business units to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory and operational needs.

·       Manage vendor relationships with Oracle support teams or implementation partners for upgrades, migrations (e.g., to Oracle Cloud), or troubleshooting.

·       Develop and maintain documentation for support procedures, including TA.100 (Production Support Plan) and end-user guides.

·       Monitor system health, track KPIs for supply chain and financial processes, and report on system performance to senior leadership.

·       Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application governance and data integrity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
:

1-Technical Expertise:

·       In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12 or later), with hands-on experience in P2P (Procurement, Payables), SCM (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management), ASCP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning), and O2C (Receivables, Advanced Collections) modules.

·       Proficiency in Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM or OUM), including CRP facilitation and deliverable creation.

·       Experience with integrations (e.g., via SOA Suite or APIs), data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, Discoverer).

2- Project Management Skills:

·       Proven PM experience leading Oracle EBS implementations (end-to-end projects of 12-24 months).

·       Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

3- Soft Skills:

·       Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level reporting and team training.

·       Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to handle complex supply chain and financial scenarios.

·       Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience:

·       Minimum 5-7 years in IT/ERP, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle EBS implementations and support.

· years as a PM or Application Manager on similar-scale projects involving SCM, OPM and financial modules.

Education:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Oracle certifications preferred (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Financials/SCM Certified Implementation Specialist, PMP, or OUM Practitioner).
