Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, for a Senior Applications Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, ensuring their smooth operation, and handling regular updates and backups. Responsibilities include providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system administration tasks to uphold system performance and security. The Senior Applications Administrator will collaborate with technical teams to provide technical support and ensure scalability and reliability of the bank's applications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Application Support and System Administration to manage and maintain banking systems efficiently.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct effective Troubleshooting for resolving application-related issues.
  • Expertise in providing Technical Support, ensuring system stability and addressing user needs effectively.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level banking systems and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
