is looking for an experienced
Senior B2B Sales
professional to join our team in New Cairo.
If you're passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships in the PropTech industry, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new B2B clients within the PropTech and Real Estate sectors.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive retention and repeat business.
- Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations that clearly communicate Claro's value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure favorable outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine targeting and improve lead quality across both inbound and outbound channels.
- Analyze client needs and provide insights to the Product team to support feature enhancements and roadmap development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, activities, and client information within the CRM.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Represent Claro at client meetings, events, and industry conferences to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate)
- Strong client network and proven record in closing deals
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Engaz)
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Good in English
