We're looking for a Business Development to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead a results-driven team that delivers tailored training and talent development solutions to corporate clients.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Build and grow strong B2B client relationships aligned with Brightn's training solutions.
  • Generate and convert leads through outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Promote and convert leads for open B2C courses.
  • Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with operations after deal closure.
  • Follow up on client payments and manage collections.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare client reports and ensure full satisfaction post-delivery.
