full sales cycle
: prospect → discovery → tailored proposal → negotiation → hand‑off to ops - Run
onsite presentations
that showcase ROI‑focused team‑building programs—karting races, desert camps, yacht days & more - Partner with Client Success to ensure a smooth launch and unlock upsell opportunities
What You Bring
- 2‑5 yrs proven B2B solution‑selling success (events, HR‑tech, SaaS, hospitality or similar)
- Fluent English; compelling presenter and storyteller
- Hunter mindset, high EQ, and knack for objection‑handling & closing
- Solid grasp of
ROI selling
and proposal writing; CRM‑savvy (HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- Network of HR / Engagement decision‑makers in Egypt or GCC
- Exposure to event operations or subscription service models
