Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying property opportunities, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Key responsibilities include market analysis, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property regulations. Collaboration with internal teams and providing customized solutions to clients will be essential to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with expertise in deal structuring and closing
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market analysis and property trends
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations
  • Team collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations in Egypt and a proactive attitude toward professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Real Estate consultancy, with a strong track record of successful transactions
