Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will oversee client consultations to understand their property needs, provide exceptional customer service, and offer expert advice on property options. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with potential buyers, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on the current real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • 2 -3 Years of working in the real estate market as a developer
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and build lasting relationships
  • Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including market trends and property valuation
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site setting
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must

Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with excellent negotiation skills
