Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with internal teams to execute projects, providing regular performance reports, and identifying opportunities for client growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their marketing goals are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and campaign management
  • Google Ads (SEM), Social Media Management (SMO), and Social Media Ads (SMM) skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing and SEO is a plus
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
