Warehouse Specialist

Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing warehouse operations, including issuing, returning, and adding stock, supervising workers during stock handling, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute issuance, return, and addition of stock according to approved procedures.
- Supervise workers during stock addition, arrangement, and organization as per instructions.
- Ensure team members and contractors adhere to all industrial safety and environmental laws.
- Prevent safety incidents and environmental complaints within the work area.
- Complete all documentation cycles for raw materials and products in line with quality requirements.
- Issue required reports on time under the supervision of the direct manager or delegate.
- Monitor and supervise inventory counting processes.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–4 years in warehouse or inventory management.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle.
