Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability and resource readiness.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, changes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align production with customer requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
