We're Hiring – Receiving Operator


Location:
Company's Distribution Center – near Dandy Mall, Sheikh Zayed

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our logistics and warehouse operations team.

If you have solid experience in receiving, supply chain coordination, or warehouse operations — and want to grow your career in a stable, professional environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate receiving activities with suppliers, forklift drivers, and warehouse teams.
  • Verify supplier invoices, obtain approvals, and record transactions on Odoo ERP.
  • Inspect incoming goods (quantity, barcode, and quality) to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage return transfers and support the inventory team with stock control and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inbound workflow in the warehouse.
  • Preferably with previous experience in the food industry.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
  • Non-managerial role – ideal for candidates with hands-on operational experience.
