The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
Main responsibilities include:
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with GSP / GDP standards and company quality policies.
Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Monitor safety procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Logistics (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software (e.g., ERP).
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
