Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
warehouse manager
to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, storage processes, and material flow across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse performance, accuracy of stock levels, compliance with safety standards, and on-time support for production and distribution requirements. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on experience within high-volume manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Monitor loading/unloading processes to ensure accuracy and quality handling.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • Oversee inventory transactions and stock movements across warehouse zones.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic physical stock counts.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and alignment with SAP/ERP records.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Compliance & Safety Management

  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping (5S) and safety compliance for equipment and staff.
  • Monitor material traceability and documentation for audits and inspections.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and warehouse staff.
  • Set performance targets, assign duties, and monitor KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely material issuance to production lines according to production schedules.
  • Support supply chain planning by providing accurate stock data and warehouse capacity updates.

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize
    SAP 4 HANA systems
    to manage warehouse transactions, stock levels, and material tracking.
  • Prepare warehouse performance reports (inventory accuracy, stock aging, utilization, and productivity).
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvement initiatives where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of warehouse experience
    , including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP 4
    HANA

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, 5S, and warehouse best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
