  1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the Finished Goods warehouse.

Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.

Implement and monitor FEFO/FIFO principles.

Ensure correct labeling, segregation, and documentation of all finished products.

  1. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure warehouse practices comply with GMP, GDP, FDA, PIC/S, and local regulatory standards.

Maintain proper documentation: batch records, dispatch logs, inventory records, temperature logs, etc.

Support audits (internal/external/regulatory) and lead CAPA implementation where necessary.

  1. Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts & stock reconciliations.

Coordinate with QA, production, and supply chain for dispatch planning.

Monitor expiry and shelf-life of products to minimize write-offs.

  1. Team Leadership

Supervise warehouse staff, assigning duties and ensuring SOP compliance.

Train and develop team on GMP/GDP, safety, and warehouse practices.

Monitor team performance and ensure proper shift planning.

  1. System & Process Management

Utilize ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) for inventory and dispatch control.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen).

Ensure compliance with cold chain and controlled temperature storage if required.

  1. Safety & Housekeeping

Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.

Maintain proper housekeeping and pest control in the warehouse area

education : Higher qualification (Bachelor of Science)

academic qualification)

Languages: Good command of English Language (written and spoken)

Ideal experience: More than 7 -10 years of experience in warehouse

Skills: Leadership- Negotiation- Work under difficult circumstances- Take responsibility.
