Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehousing Supervisor - Packaging located in Markaz Qowesna. The Warehousing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the packaging warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval processes, and maintaining compliance with quality control and assurance standards. Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, implementing training programs, and maintaining accurate records to support regulatory and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Training skills to lead and develop a team effectively
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Excellent Communication skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure operational efficiency
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and ISO standards is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
