Warehouse Manager

#Job Description:
· Strategically manage warehouse operations following the company's policies and vision.
· Oversee receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
· Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain transparency and minimize overstocking.
· Implement effective warehouse safety and handling procedures.
· Establish and maintain operational metrics to monitor performance and implement improvements.
· Recruit, train, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and engagement.
· Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
#Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control
· Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Management
· Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Previous experience in the paper industry is an advantage
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
