Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)


Day Off:
Friday

No Experience Needed – Fresh Graduates Are Welcome

Important Note:

This role is operational and field-based inside the Distribution Center (warehouse).

It is not an administrative or office-based position.

Job Responsibilities (Warehouse / DC Operations):

  • The Warehouse Coordinator will work hands-on inside the warehouse and be responsible for daily operational activities, including:
  • Receiving goods from suppliers and physically unloading and arranging items inside the warehouse
  • Sorting and stacking products on shelves and racks according to the warehouse layout
  • Checking, monitoring, and tracking product expiry dates
  • Following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for storage, picking, and dispatch
  • Preparing daily orders for branches (order picking and packing)
  • Dividing and allocating goods based on branch requirements
  • Creating and processing internal stock transfers between the warehouse and branches
  • Coordinating with the Receiving Officer and Returns Officer when required
  • Accurately updating received, issued, and transferred items on the system
  • Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and smooth stock flow

Work Nature:

Hands-on, physical warehouse work

Continuous movement inside the DC

Practical operational role, not desk-based
