Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Warehouse Officer
with
3 years of experience
in the
construction industry
to manage materials and equipment for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the
accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials
, maintain inventory, and support site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record
  construction materials and equipment
  delivered to the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage to ensure
  easy access and safe handling
  of materials.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch materials to construction sites according to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate
  inventory records
  and assist in regular stocktaking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, site engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with
  safety standards and proper handling of construction materials
  .
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Support optimization of warehouse operations to improve efficiency on site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a
  construction-related warehouse
  or materials management role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of
  construction materials, tools, and equipment
  .
• Familiarity with
  inventory management systems
  and MS Office.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment safely.

• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight issues to project management.

Technical Office Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare
  mechanical shop drawings
  and material submittals.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Review contractor's mechanical works for quality and compliance.
• Assist in preparing
  BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications
  .
• Coordinate with design consultants to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Mechanical Engineering
  .
• 5+ years of experience in
  real estate or construction projects
  , with exposure to both site and office work.
• Strong knowledge of
  HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and drainage systems
  .
• Proficient in
  AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office
  , and preferably
  Primavera P6 / MS Project
  .
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in New Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the maintenance of mechanical systems, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting site inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical system design, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and technical drawing
• Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively
• Familiarity with project management, planning, and collaboration tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and report writing
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate development or construction projects is a plus
