We're Hiring Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized and passionate about accuracy in finance?

We're looking for a skilled
AR Specialist
to join our growing team — managing end-to-end accounts receivable operations, ensuring payment accuracy and supporting a smooth month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post daily incoming payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end reporting and financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Proven experience in Accounts Receivable is a MUST

Strong Excel and accounting software skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Fluency in English is a MUST
