Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Monitor
, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Monitor will be responsible for observing and evaluating operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards, and supporting performance improvement across teams. Responsibilities include tracking daily activities, preparing reports, identifying irregularities or process gaps, and providing constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and consistency. The role also involves close coordination with supervisors and team leaders to maintain a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in monitoring, quality assurance, or performance evaluation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to identify process issues and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in tech, operations, or social media moderation is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher education degree is preferred
